How soon can I make a reservation?
Via the internet, we accept reservations half a year before your arrival. Via phone, we can take them a year in advance. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask all groups and programs to inquire with us directly by phone.
Do you take a waiting list on room cancellation?
We do not put you on a waiting list. For room availability, you can check our website or call us directly.
Do you have a cancellation fee?
For both web and phone bookings, we charge 20% of your booking fee on day before you check-in. We charge 80% on your check-in day, and 100% for no showing up.
Is there a child discount?
We do not have child discount, also we do not charge for children (infants and toddlers) that have not yet entered school.

Settlement

When should we pay our bill?
You may pay at the time of reservation or upon check-in. We do not accept cash. For breakfast costs and other expenses during your stay, we ask you to pay separately at the time each cost is charged. ※You cannot add them to your room tab.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX, Diners Club International, Discover, Alipay and WeChatPay. ※We do not accept cash or IC card payments.
Can we get an invoice?
You may request proof of payment to the hotel, with the amounts listed, at the front desk. However, if you paid via the internet before check-in, we cannot provide an invoice.

Facilities

Do you have a parking lot?
We do not have a parking lot. We can provide guidance to paid parking locations nearby.
May we smoke on the property?
Our entire building is non-smoking, with the exception of our smoking room on the first floor.
Do you have a drink vending machine in the hotel?
We have a vendingmachine on a guest room floor.
Do you have any barrier-free / handicap accessible rooms?
We do have accessible rooms. The bathroom is a toilet-shower combined type.
Do you have a fitness center, like a gym or a pool?
We do not have a fitness center in our hotel.
Do you have a large public bath?
We do not.
Is there a phone in the room?
There are tablet phones that can only use for extensions. You cannot make an outside line.
Do you have a self-service laundry?
we do have a paid laundromat in our hotel.
Can we pay via foreign currencies within the hotel?
We do not accept foreign currencies.
Can we use the internet in our room?
Free wifi is available throughout our all property.
Are there conference rooms available?
Unfortunately we do not have conference rooms.
Can I use the facilities such as restaurants and hot bath facilities with nightwear and slippers?
We are very sorry,but we do not allow nightwear or slippers outside of guest room.
Is refrigerator equiped in each rooms?
We have refrigerator in our rooms. However a refrigerator does not have function as a freezer.

Services

What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in starts at 5pm. Check-out is until 2pm.
If we arrive before check-in, can you store our luggage?
You may store your luggage at the reception before check-in and after check-out. Please pick it up on the day of use.
Can we send our luggage to your hotel?
If you would like to send your luggage to us before your stay, we ask that you please put your name and check-in date on the shipping invoice. Before your check-in, we can accept everything except valuables, food, dangerous goods, and goods that require refrigeration. (Please do not ship anything as pay-on-delivery.)

Can we ship our luggage from the hotel?
Available at the reception. In addition, payment is only cashless payment.
Can we eat breakfast without a reservation?
Reservations are not needed. Please note that payment cannot be added to your room tab, so you will have to pay at the restaurant.
Is there a curfew?
Our property is open 24 hours a day.
Do you have spare keys available?
We issue a room key for each person in your party (with the exception of those sharing a bed). We will ask you how many keys you need at the time of check-in.
Do you have cribs and/or bed guards available?
We can lent them out for free. We have a limited number available ,so please inquire in advance.
How often do you clean the room, if we stay more than one night?
In an effort to help protect the environment, we clean our guests’ rooms once every two days, starting from the day of check-in.
Is it okay to invite someone other than the guest to the room?
You may not invite non-staying guests to your room. If you have unique circumstances, please inquire at the front desk.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages.
Is it possible to bring pets?
We ask our guests to refrain from bringing pets. However, we do permit service dogs (for the blind, deaf, and general service dogs), so please let us know beforehand.
Is it possible to bring guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs?
Guide dogs, service dogs, hearing assistant dogs are welcome. Please contact us in advance so we can accommodate your needs.
Is there a laundry service?
We do not have a laundry service. On our basement floor, we have two self-service laundries.
Is there a room service?
We do not have room service.
Is it possible to arrange a massage?
We do not offer massage services.
Do you have regular medicine?
As we are a hotel, we cannot offer medication in accordance with Japanese law. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you please bring all necessary medications with you before your arrival. Alternatively, we can show you the nearest hospitals and pharmacies if you inquire at the front desk.
Do you rent out computers?
We are very sorry but we do not have any rental computers.
Please tell me about the storage of valuables.
Please keep your valuables in the safe provided in the guest room.
What should I do if I forget something or leave something behind in the room after check out.
Any belongings left inside the hotel or a room are stored for 3 months. To ensure protection of personal information, we can only discuss the matter with the person who stayed at the hotel. Should more than 3 months pass, the item(s) will be handled according to local laws and regulations. Raw items, food, and drink, will be disposed of by the next day for safety and hygiene reasons. *Shipping fee of left behind items will be paid by the guest. *If we find any personal belongings we will not contact you in order to protect your personal information.
Can I request a room on a high floor or with a good view?
Depending on the room availability on the day of your check-in, it is possible we cannot fulfill your request. We thank you for your understanding. If you have a request, please inquire beforehand or let the front desk know upon your arrival.
Do you have some options to order special cake for anniversary?
We do not have its options.
Is wheelchair rental available?
We have a wheelchair available to be borrowed for free. As there are a limited number of them, please contact us in advance to reserve one.
What equipment rentals do you have?
We have phone-charger,humidifier,electric kettle, clothes iron and etc. Please ask front desk for more details.
